You’ll need to be mobile and confident with customers, as well as having a good grasp of arithmetic and an understanding of the basics of laying out and cutting carpets. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, with each sale made you’ll be rewarded with generous commission.

Sales Consultants

You’ll be sharing your product knowledge and advice with our customers to ensure that they buy the product that is right for their needs. In addition, you’ll also take responsibility for the cleanliness and presentation of the store – making sure that our customers shop in a bright, clean environment. Using your man management skills, you’ll coach and develop your team to deliver or exceed store targets by inspiring them with your passion for high store standards, your commercial awareness and your ability to achieve strategic business objectives.

Regional Sales Manager

With responsibility for up to 25 stores, you’ll communicate key business objectives and coach our Store Managers to achieve or exceed their sales targets. Recruiting and motivating your store Management teams, you’ll advise and work with them to ensure they achieve strategic business objectives, as well as offering our customers a first class service.

Divisional Controller

Responsible for the performance of around 100 shops, you’ll analyse the sales performance for each area within a designated region and develop strategic objectives to ensure that stores are maximizing their sales and delivering our Company objectives – to delight our customers and to exceed their expectations. You’ll inspire and coach a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve more, reach higher and truly deliver.
